# Getting Started

Welcome to the 4Rooms Help Center — the knowledge base for the 4Rooms Property Management System, for hotel staff and the 4Rooms team.

## What you will find here

Every article follows the same structure: a short introduction, numbered steps you can follow at the desk, and screenshots of the exact screen you are working on. Use the tree on the left to browse by area of the PMS, or the search box at the top to jump straight to an answer.

## How to search

Start typing in the search box and suggestions appear as you type. Press `Enter` to see all results. Search works in English, German and Spanish — use the language switcher in the top-right corner to change the interface language.

> **Tip:** If an article has not been translated into your language yet, the English version is shown automatically with a notice at the top.

## Who can see what

Some sections require you to sign in, and some are specific to your team — hotel staff and 4Rooms sales staff each see the sections relevant to them. If you believe an article is missing from your view, contact your administrator.
